Welcome to Logic Office Equipments LLC (LOE). By engaging our services or renting equipment from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of rental.
The equipment (including but not limited to Printers, Copiers, Plotters, Laptops, and IT peripherals) remains the sole property of Logic Office Equipments LLC (LOE) at all times. The Lessee (Renter) has no right, title, or interest in the equipment except for the right to possession and use of the equipment pursuant to the terms of the signed Rental Agreement.
The rental period commences on the day the equipment is delivered and installed at the Lessee's premises and terminates on the day the equipment is collected by LOE personnel.
Upon termination of the rental period, the Lessee shall make the equipment available for collection in the same condition as it was delivered, allowing for normal wear and tear.
The Lessee agrees to take reasonable care of the equipment. The Lessee is responsible for ensuring the equipment is protected from damage, theft, unauthorized access, or misuse. Any damage caused by negligence, fire, water, electrical surges, or unauthorized relocation will be charged to the Lessee at full replacement cost.
Invoices are issued monthly or at the end of the short-term rental period. Payment is due strictly within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of maintenance services.
Either party may terminate a monthly rental agreement with a 30-day written notice. Short-term rentals (Daily/Weekly) are fixed for the duration of the event or project agreed upon at the time of booking.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
